YET ANOTHER ‘SLEEPER’ I have managed to locate and make available. I have had two or three other examples in the past. They are getting more and more difficult to find and near impossible in a condition like this. Anyone into older rifles / collecting and / or Sako? You have an opportunity to grab one of the early M78 Bolt Action rifles in .22 Hornet. Not only a classic little rifle but also a classic little calibre which is fast gaining popularity. For its age this, in in immaculate condition and just about as new.
Unfortunately the original open sights HAVE been removed and are missing. But given just about everyone sits a scope on top these days they usually get removed and forgotten about anyway. 22 ½” barrel on a 13 ¼” stock. Comes with the original dovetail bases to fit standard dovetail width scope rings. Diameter and height to suit whatever scope you decide on. Detachable magazine and as already detailed just about as new.
