Model 552 Remington Speed Master .22 Rim Fire Semi-automatic Rifle ACTUALLY detailed for use with.22 Rim Fire as well as .22 Shorts. The usual ‘Marmite’ tubular magazine so love them or hate them but either way you do have to be either an idiot or extremely unlucky to lose it!
The barrel has been reduced (now 15 ¼” (388mm)), screw cut ½” UNF and an extended magazine support bracket fitted to allow a standard Parker Hale or similar sound moderator to be in place and still allow reloading whilst in use. Pull length is 13 5/8” (346mm) and overall finishes at 40 1/8” (1020mm) as pictured WITH the sound moderator fitted.
Generally very reliable little rifles that work well and must suit any budget / pocket. If this is too much perhaps you need a different hobby. 5 Lbs 7oz (2.457 Kg) with a standard dovetail rail to the action too.
