Vintage Stock and For-End (with Pressed Steel Nose Cap) to suit a .22 Rim-Fire Marlin Lever Action Rifle. Generally Excellent Condition right through considering its age and IS pre-used. Yes, a few light marks from said use. That will span a good few decades, given the age / era this is from. A more than Decent Grain Pattern and even the Original Branded Plastic Butt Plate. As far as I am aware nothing at all stopping it from fitting straight onto a more recent rifle too. However, to confirm you would simply have to take it and try for yourself.
The rifles themselves ALWAYS seem to attract seriously good money here in the UK. Even in relatively old, poor, often seriously tired looking condition. This would ‘spruce up’ just about any example out there. Certainly, a MUST for one with a snapped or badly damaged set of woodwork / stock.
NO, I agree, not inexpensive. Neither is it expensive. Especially given, IF you can even find another, I would suggest also buying a lottery ticket!
