Brian, my old business partner decided he wanted one many years ago. We converted a No1 MK 4 dating to 1916 into a black synthetic stock. Once I did some work on the trigger and a scope fitted that shot Sub ½ MOA. I still have the target for any doubters. As such, PLEASE do not think you will compromise accuracy. Equally, it does depend on the rifle, barrel and person squeezing said trigger so no guarantees.
