At one time these Italian made Breda 12g Semi-Automatic shotguns were THE favourite and most popular choice for pigeon shooters and Wildfowling.
IF YOU ARE CONCERNED ABOUT SPARES then don’t be. I generally carry two or three of these in the workshop for nothing else. If they run out I just grab the worst one from the sale rack and start again with that.
This shotgun is slightly different as it has the usual 24 ½ (622mm) Multi Choke barrel but with the ¼” (6mm) raised and ventilated sight rib and the front sight bead at the muzzle. Choke threads are external. The original chokes coming in various lengths starting at approx. 3” (75mm) long for Full down to about ¾” long for true Cylinder. You get your choice of one choke from what I have in stock to go with the gun but I can also supply you with any choice brand new options at additional cost. Stock pull is again, generally as this, at 14 ¼” (363mm) including the original manufacturers plastic butt plate. Guns then finish at approx. 45” (1143mm) overall. 7Lbs 10oz (3.456 Kg).
The gun is generally in excellent condition throughout with the original blueing still very good too. Chequering is also still well defined to the stock which has been refurbished reasonably well with a stained finish.
Standard spec. includes the sling stud fittings to make carrying it about a lot easier

The design, build quality and faultless performances put them well in front of anything with even a remotely similar price tag. In their day there was little to buy any better regardless of money spent. These are old but extremely well designed and equally well manufactured. Certainly a LOT more than goes into more modern options. In reality there is nothing wrong with either. It will all come down to personal choice by you as an individual. They are not gas operated so you do know you are shooting them.
