Pre-used RIGHT Handed Model 1417 Bolt Action .22 Rim-Fire Sporting Rifle from Anschutz, Germany. HOWEVER this is offered up in a BRAND NEW replacement LEFT HANDED HIGH GRADE WALNUT Stock.
The rifle came in with the original stock cracked through the wrist. Given left handed people often have to shoot with a standard R/H rifle stocks which are often not comfortable. This puts the option out there for anyone needing to shoot from the left shoulder.
Carbine length 14” (355mm) barrel pre-threaded ready to accept a sound moderator of choice. Stock pull length actually matches the barrel and measures the same at 14” (355mm) too. Overall the gun is a nicely compact 32 ¼” (820mm). very handy for vermin control from a vehicle. Bare weight registers at 5 Lbs 9 ½ oz (2.54 Kg).
The metal work has seen minimal use so far (as you might expect with a broken stock). As said, the stock is Brand New in High Quality Walnut, Fox or Skip Cut Chequering and a totally unneeded 1” (25mm) Black Recoil Pad. However it does give it a certain ‘Proper Stock’ look. Comes with a standard 5 round detachable magazine. 10 are available to purchase if needed.
Fully Adjustable Trigger and all finished off with the Black Over-sized Bolt Knob.
The action, as you might expect, is also pre-machined with a standard dovetail ready to mount a scope. Or more commonly these days night vision through to full Thermal imaging units.
