This could be an original stock and re-worked but they are never usually as light a colour as showing in the main Grip area. I suspect this is originally a completely bespoke stock. Once inlet and contoured, expertly covered with this Exceptional High Grade Burr Walnut Veneer. Whichever is the actual truth it has been SOME AMOUNT of work and commitment. I dare say paying someone to do a similar job today would be as much and more by itself. Let alone including the rifle itself.
Right-Handed Adjustable Cheek Rest and Contoured Grip area. This even has two Thumb Rest positions for ultimate comfort when shooting.
27 ½” (700mm) Match Grade Heavy Weight Target Barrel. Fully Adjustable for Pull length Stock, currently measuring to circa 13 3/8” (346mm). Still PLENTY of adjustment in or out too. As pictured the overall length is 46 ½” (1180mm) and weighs in bare at 12 Lb 8 ¼ oz (5.68 Kg).
The usual Flush Inlet Inverted ‘T’ Accessory Rail to the For-end. Ready to accept hand stop, sling point and Bench Rest Bipod etc. Or whatever else wanted. I usually have matching / contemporary Target Accessories available too. Please ask / check if you need anything. Including Original Target Dioptre Front and Rear Target sights. Anyone going the scoped route the front portion of the action is already factory machined with a standard width Dovetail.
Fully Adjustable Match Grade Single Stage Trigger. It is possible a ‘first stage’ has been adjusted out but I would have to check and confirm etc. I MAY also have a suitable Brand-New Trigger to fit / swap out too. However, NOT an inexpensive option so be SURE. As is CLEAR to see a 100% FULLY Floating Barrel too with ZERO chance of not being so!
