Black Synthetic, Blued Bolt Action .308 Weatherby Vanguard Rifle. Just a CLASSIC Basic Working rifle in THE most Versatile Calibre ever invented. You can shoot anything from a 70 grn bullet right through to 220 grn. Nothing else gives that many options.
Standard 24” (610mm) Blued / Blacked Barrel currently un threaded. Happy to carry this out in the on sight workshop at a discounted rate when you buy the rifle.
Weatherby were the first manufacturer to Guarantee Sub MOA accuracy straight from the box. A feature they are still proud to offer to this day.
The stock has Fox or Skip Cut Checkering pattern for grip as well as aesthetics and a pull at 13 ¾”. (350mm). Overall length is 44 ¼” and tips scales at a light weight 7 Lbs 4oz (3.29 Kg).
Just an EXCELLENT ‘no nonsense’ working rifle. It should be more than enough for more than a couple of lifetimes shooting. Even for well in excess of an average shooter.
There IS also the option of a stock upgrade. The actions are basically the exact same as a Howa Rifle. There are HUNDREDS of options for them. I even have a few in stock ready to swap out.
At this its basically a third off new. That equates to a fair few rounds, a reasonable scope and mounts or even threading and a pre-used mod.
