TRUE Left -Handed Model M595 Bolt Action Rifle from Tikka, Finland. A standard Sporting Weight 22 ¼” (565mm) Barrel set to a Stock / Trigger Pull length of 14 1/8” (360mm). Overall measures to 42 ¼” (1075mm) and tips scales at 6 Lb 15 oz (3.146 Kg) bare.
This is quite simply in IMMACULATE condition. Inside and Out. The light must catch anything ‘just right’ for even the slightest blemish to show. There are a couple of tiny marks and NOTHING more. Chequering still crisp to the grip areas. Standard format Detachable Magazine with high-capacity options very possibly still available.
The Stock has a Tightly Packed Strong Straight Grain from butt to tip. No contrasting timber finish so a standard version. AT the time of listing, I do have a De-Luxe version for sale which could swap out if preferred and still available. (There will be an additional fee for swapping to cover the difference plus advertising etc.) However, the option is there IF wanted.
Basically, this is approaching a ‘vintage’ Tikka with the reputation they made when new still more than intact. As such, what else to say? To MY mind, WAY superior to buying ANY of the subsequent and even current options.
YES, perhaps more than the usual asking prices for one of these rifles. HOWEVER, I am more than happy to bet you will NOT be disappointed paying the little extra.
