Bolt Action Ruger American .308 Cal Rifle. I DID have these available as pictured but the original package deal is a long time over. This advert is now for the BARE RIFLE ONLY. That said, I will happily sort out anything else needed to go with it.
The rifles are EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY. You get a standard ½” x 20 TPI UNF threaded 22 1/8” (562mm) Sporting barrel. Rigid Black Synthetic Stock with good anti slip grip areas and a pull length of 14” (355mm). Combined they bring in an overall 42 1/8” (1070mm) and bare rifle and bases weight at 6 Lbs 2 oz (2.774 Kg).
A Beautifully Slick 3 Lugged Bolt (a MAJOR selling point in other brands) is very smooth and elegant. Complete with a ‘ fine ‘ but good sized knob / handle. It even incorporates a visible cocking piece at the back. The action is also VERY neat with good clean lines that flow right through the rifle. An EXCELLENT Rotary style Detachable magazine slips perfectly into the stock to follow the contours. Finished off with an easily adjustable ‘safety’ trigger with a pull between 3 and 5 lbs.
As with the original M77 MK1 these rifles also feature the always popular Tang Safety so VERY easy to use by a left handed shot too.
All in all these have a MASSIVE list of features on a gun coming in at this price.
