EXCELLENT example of a fantastic gun from this well regarded Italian maker.
Its a ‘funny thing’ but Ive actually had three of these guns now. ALL exactly the same Woodwork, the same Action, the same Chequering…. EVERYTHING.
One was a BSA Model 500 and the other was an SKB from Japan ! ?
Makes no real difference in reality. No doubt, as was common practice then, one manufacturer will have been producing the same gun for others to retail under their name etc.
Anyway… back to this gun….
29 1/2″ (750mm) Fixed choke barrels at 1/4 and full. Set into a Finely Engraved Cross Bolt style, Single Trigger action ( so very strong ).
The Maple Walnut stock measuring 14 3/4″ (375mm) including the pad and has ‘Fox chequering’. None automatic safety with a 1/2″ (12mm) Ventilated rib and barrels.
These REALLY are very well made guns and will make anyone a great gun for clays and / or game shooting.
