A Grade 111 Model 6000 Over and Under 30” Single Trigger Ejector from Miroku in Japan.
Fixed chokes at ½ and Full with 2 ¾” (70mm) chambers topped off with a Sporting ½” (12mm) Double Sight Beaded Rib.
This IS certainly an older gun but it strips apart and locks back together beautifully. Everything almost finds its own way and pulls itself back together! Just a really well made and hand finished gun.
A Standard Bright Finished Boxlock Action with Scroll, almost Floral pattern Engraving all round including the Trigger Guard and Top Lever.
The Stock comes with its original B.C. Miroku hard butt plate and a pull of 14 ½” (368mm). That gives an overall length of 47 3/8” (1203mm) and weighs in at 7 Lbs 8 ½ oz. (4.417 Kg).
This is a VERY PRETTY looking gun and will certainly turn heads each and every time it comes out of a slip. The SUPERBLY Patterned and HIGHLY FIGURED Walnut just ‘pulls you in’. As it almost straight this could easily be ambidextrous and work equally well from either shoulder. Even the chequering is still sharp and crisp to the touch.
Admittedly at the high end of price for this particular model but THIS gun DOES justify every penny for appearance and condition.
