Multi-Shot Black Synthetic Stocked Gamo ‘Arrow’ PCP Air Rifle available in BOTH .177 (4.5mm) or .22 (5.5mm) calibre. Basically, the same as the ‘Riser’ Beech Stocked version other than weight difference and pull length.
20 ½” (520mm) Fully Shrouded Barrel with Built in Sound Moderator. Trigger pull on the Arrow measures 15” (380mm) and finishes the rifle at 39 ½” (1005mm) O/A. Weighing in slightly heavier at 6 Lb 3 oz (2.81 Kg).
The Beech Stocked Riser with a 14 ½” (370mm) pull , 39 1/8” (995mm) O/A and 5 lb 13 ½ oz (2.644 Kg).
Standard width Scope Rail Dovetail and Textured Grip areas for a Positive, None Slip mount. Cocking Operation positioned at the rear and a ‘Swallow Tail’ Straight Pull Bolt. Again, 100% Ambidextrous for exact same use from either hand.
Also, somewhat unusual for PCP Rifles these days, ‘HIGH VIZ’ Open ‘Iron’ Sights. A Double Green Dot to the back sight and Single Red Bead Front. Fully Adjustable for Elevation and Windage too. Set it up, align the red between the green and gently squeeze away! The number of customers WANTING this feature on a Seriously Inexpensive Pre-Charged Pneumatic Air Rifle is surprising. However, most so far, are trying to control pests at relatively close range. Roosting pigeons on bay roof tops disturbing sleep. Four legged ‘long tails’ in gardens and allotments etc. Trying to set up optics in focus often proving difficult without spending enough on a suitable scope.
Also, do not forget Gamo ARE / Now own BSA here in the UK. As such a GREAT ‘Pedigree’ to Maintain and Promote. Yes, these are made in Spain but DO offer SUPERB VALUE. Certainly, a FANTASTIC and Extremely Inexpensive Air Rifle. IDEAL for anyone with a budget. Starting and not wanting to spend a lot finding out of shooting suites. Even a seasoned shooter needing a Seriously Cheap ‘tool’ for a specific job. Bunnies on the lawn. ‘Long Tails’, Crows, Pigeons etc. Basically just ANY and ALL pests.
If live quarry are not a problem then these are stupidly low cost entry into shooting targets. No, not suitable for club competition and higher but certainly acceptable to get started ‘at home’ with.
These starting point PCP Air Rifles from Gamo are TRULY SUPERB VALUE for money. They DO also come with a FULL 12 MONTH Manufacturers Warranty for ULTIMATE peace of mind too.
The next bit will not apply to air rifles for most. However, if you shoot rifles it should be of interest:
