Detailed as a Model 1904 and the Action Fully Stamped as follows. ESPINGARDA PORTUGUEZA 6.5 MODEL 1904. Then DEUTSCHE WAFFEN-UND MUNITIONS FABRIKAN BERLIN. To the Top of the Front Action Ring a Crown and ‘I C’.
Standard Military / unaltered original specification and all fully authentic. 23 5/8” (600mm) Barrel set to a Stock at only 12 ¼” (310mm). Overall, the rifle measures to 42 7/8” (1087mm) and tips scales at 8 lb 2oz (3.685 Kg) as pictured.
It comes complete with its Vintage Leather Sling and Cleaning Rod to the For-end.
Another GREAT piece for any collector or Re-Enactor / Group etc. Equally, given its new certificate it is also readily available to ANYONE. Hang it on a wall for display even. At the time of listing I also have its counterpart in the form of a 1943 Lee Enfield. That too freshly returned from Proof with its own current / up to date paperwork.
