Vintage BRNO Model 5 Bolt Action .22 Rim Fire Rifle dating back to 1966. In all round EXCELLENT condition considering its over 50 years old! Still in original format with a 22 ¾” (578mm) full length barrel including the open / iron sights. Not yet threaded though this can easily be done ‘in house’ in our own workshop. It may also warrant and be best left as it is, completely original. I have MANY other examples to choose from if you need a sound moderator or something shorter etc.
14” (355mm) Straight Comb Stock and an overall measures 41” (1042mm) with a weight, as pictured at 5 Lbs 14 oz. (2.660 Kg).
There are a few Very Minor blemishes to the stock. In reality, they are nothing even close to where most other rifles this old would be. A decent enough grain pattern and well defined chequering suggest very little use over the years. This is a well looked after rifle. Schnabel forend and at the other end the original plastic manufacturers logo / detail butt plate.
HAPPY to go through and sort out a full and complete package to suite your particular need / requirements. Have everything ready to simply ‘fine tune’ to zero etc. and then get out there and use it. Action is also stamped ZBROJOVKA BRNO.
Certainly a VERY nice example of one of these rifles. As said, now of an era that is likely classed as vintage, certainly where shooting paper at least. Original metal 5 round magazine or brand new 10 shot if you prefer.
