ANYONE born in 1972 who wants A BRAND NEW, UNFIRED Anschutz Match 54 Competition .22 Rim Fire Target Rifle?
Brand New J. G. Anschutz Model Match 54 Target Rifle in a Highly Decorative Walnut Thumbhole Stock. That is fitted with the usual accessory rail inlet to the full length of the Forend. It also features a FULLY Adjustable GEHMAN Butt Pad WITH Under Arm Hook.
Grip area are Stipple Finished and run right through to the front of the forend. This rifle is fitted with a Fully Adjustable Match Grade Single Stage Trigger. It comes complete with a Brand New Model 6805 Dioptre and Front Tunnel Kit included.
25 7/8” (658mm) Match Grade Heavy Barrel. Stock pull is currently 15 ¼” (388mm). Overall length measures to 45 ¾” (1163mm) and tips scales bare at 9 Lbs 11 ½ oz (4.408 Kg).
As said, the rifle dates from 1972 so what many competition shooters consider a ‘Golden’ period of production. I SERIOUSLY DOUBT there will be another like this to be found ANYWHERE.
Born in the same year? …. This will make a PERFECT present to treat your self or partner to for any future birthday. It should (WILL) see anyone through until they can’t possibly use it any more. Then pass down to a son or daughter as part of your legacy.
Bear in mind the equivalent rifle today for 2021 is the 1907 with 1914 Walnut Stock.

Realistic Retail on this rifle today is circa £2850 and more. YES, it would come with the cheek piece and forend raiser as well as the hand stop. But NOT with the Dioptre sight included. The other factor is it WON’T be from 1972.
If you want a brand new 2021 I can also supply one of those.
I will have a choice of hand stop I am more than happy to include. The forend raiser block can be ordered as a separate item or easily made if even half way handy.
