TRUE Left-Handed Model 1761 Anschutz Bolt Action Rifle in the EVER Popular ‘Little FLYER’ .17 HMR.
This Rifle is Brand New and Unfired but no box or paperwork. In from another dealer closing the doors. I have put a clean jag through the bore and it came out spotless. The Bolt Face also equally clean and all I can smell is ‘factory’ residue, NOT powder. Date stamps [CB] detailed put this to a 2021 production.
18” (455mm) Semi-Heavy Profile Barrel, Screw Cut at standard ½”x20 UNF. PLENTY of suitable Sound Moderators readily available in stock too. Even Genuine Anschutz branded options.
Stock / Trigger Pull measures 14 1/8” (360mm) and brings in an overall length of only 35 ½” (900mm). Bare weight registers at 6 Lb 7 oz (2.922 Kg).
A High-Quality Walnut Stock with some Good Contrast to the Strong Straight Grain throughout. When the light ‘catches’ this properly it has some Very Decorative Cross Pattern Highlights too. Usually these only improve as woodwork ages and gets that little bit darker. Chequering is still sharp, crisp and perfectly unblemished like everything else.
