This is to fit one of the post WWII Vintage ‘American Enfield’ P14 and P17 Military Surplus Target Rifle Conversions. Many of these as well as Thousands of confiscated Mauser 98 were re-barrelled for civilian Target Shooting use. Plain and light finished Beech Stock with Thumb Cut Away / Rest and Palm Swell. Also features the usual flush inlet Accessory Rail to the Forend. Quite often the rifles are still every bit as accurate as new guns today. Those often WELL into the thousands of pounds with tactical one piece aluminium chassis etc. Fine if you have the desire and money. For those who have neither of each save a fortune, grab one and have a go. You may well be surprised.
PLEASE bear in mind the prices on Replacement / Pre-used Gun Stocks reflect the COST in money as well as time. Guns have to be purchased, booked in, stripped down, pressure bearing parts destroyed, and the police notified. THEN photos taken, prepared and adverts posted of what is left.
I DO NOT DO this to ‘make money’. A lot of the simpler / older options are to allow you ‘die hard’ enthusiasts to continue in your own way.
