CORONA VIRUS UPDATE.

HOPEFULLY you are all still and will remain fit, well and healthy until we get completely out of this current ‘nightmare / fiasco’!
To anyone directly effected with lost friend/s or family our deepest sympathies.
As far as the business is concerned WE ARE OPEN.
****HOWEVER…. PLEASE BEAR IN MIND THE FOLLOWING RULES / REGULATIONS / RESTRICTIONS:****
For quite some time this will be on a STRICT ‘CLICK AND COLLECT’ service ONLY.
UNTILL FURTHER NOTICE:
(And / Or restrictions lift). ALL PUBLIC ACCESS AREAS ARE CLOSED.
I have been and continue to bring the web site up to date as much as possible. That involves working through existing ‘old’ adverts to delete those items already sold and no longer available. It also means working HARD through the VAST amount of stock sat here waiting to go live / get adverts loaded etc.
GUNS. SCOPES. MOUNTS. TARGET SIGHTS. (SOUND MODERATORS now has a few listings too). The rest will follow as soon as possible. There ARE only so many hours in any one day.
HOPEFULLY this will allow people to ‘shop’ ON-LINE to place orders over the telephone and / or via email. Let me know what you want. We can sort out payment and I will then get everything ready for a SIMPLE COLLECTION outside.
PLEASE try your VERY BEST to be PUNCTUAL and ON TIME.
If you are going to be late or cannot attend PLEASE give me a quick call. It is HELPFULL to everyone.
Email any questions. Better still RING ME. An actual conversation is SO MUCH easier than typing. As always I will be more than willing to offer help and advice. However, I CAN foresee time will be less available so please keep any questions to a minimum. I WILL try to do the same with the answers.
The option to ‘take a look at a few guns’ (or ANYTHING ELSE) is not going to be back in place for quite some time.
Standard Terms and Conditions published on the home page of the web site detail SALES AND RETURNS policy so please take a look.
Basically I will operate under the same guidelines set out for remote sales. That is to say with pre-used equipment you are more than welcome to take it and try it. You have a week / 10 days. For a gun a half box of cartridges / two or three 3 or 5 round groups etc. to try it are no problem. If you decide it is not for you / unsuitable / not as advertised then it can come back. As long as it arrives back here in the same or better condition I am happy to do a refund (less any delivery costs and admin. fees). Any cleaning will also be chargeable AND there WILL also be a fee levied to disinfect any such items to allow them to go back on to sale etc.

CHECK THE WEB SITE DIRECT or any other national sites we post adverts on. (Gunseekers and / or Guntrader).
IF you cannot find a particular item or brand then ASK. YES, I CAN SOURCE AND SUPPLY JUST ABOUT ANYTHING.
CALL ON THE PHONE OR EMAIL.
LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU WANT / NEED.
(I suggest having a GOOD think and make sure you detail EVERYTHING). This will make everyone’s life easier.
INCLUDE any and all questions and I WILL TRY to reply. However answers may / will be short as there is only so much time in any one day.
I will get back in touch to take payment. Card or Bank Transfer is safest. I AM STILL QUITE HAPPY TO ACCEPT ‘The Queens Head’ (GOOD OLD FASHIONED CASH)! Obviously please bring the exact amount if at all possible to save / minimise any direct contact from either side.
Once payment is received we arrange a suitable time for collection. I will get everything ready.
When you arrive PLEASE REMAIN IN YOUR CAR / OUTSIDE THE GATE AND CALL ME ON EITHER PHONE. Land line 01325 382 275 or Mobile 07802 346 202.
I will come outside and ‘meet’ you to take possession of any certificate / Photo ID etc., collect payment (CASH OR CARD).
If you wish to pay by card on site here that is no problem. I will simply go to the showroom and put the payment through as a ‘remote’ / telephone sale. I DO NOT require your personal 3 digit PIN / security code. I only need the card, house number and postcode, JUST like any other on line or telephone purchase.
ANY and all ‘paperwork’ attended to. Gun purchases detailed on certificates etc. I will then bring back any and all cards / paperwork and purchased goods. Place them on the front / side wall and back away. You then come forward and pick up your items.
PLEASE REMEMBER to bring a suitable gun bag / towel / cloth etc. if buying a gun.
Remember to follow any and all Firearms Law and Guidance. You are not allowed to have any type of gun without a cover when in a public place and not actually using it.
