A not bad example of this Very Limited Production Webley Venom Viper Bolt Action .22 (5.5mm) PCP Air Rifle. These are British (Birmingham) made Pre-Charged Pneumatic air rifles between 2001 and 2005 and much sought after. Also, a long way from common these days so something of a collector’s piece. YES, I too wish this was in showroom / as new condition but unfortunately not quite THAT good. Equally, neither is it anywhere close to bad or poor. Given a used gun at 20 plus years old I consider it close to excellent, everything considered.
This is a TWO Shot version with Captive Spring-Loaded Magazine. As such it cannot be lost! Neither should anyone need any more for one target. You basically pull the Bolt Knob back to cock the rifle, dropping it into its retainer slot. Load up the left pellet port and push the slide across. Release and close the bolt loading the first pellet. That then allows the right-hand pellet to be slid into place. Fire the first pellet and retract the bolt. The magazine then springs across, into position, to allow the bolt to load the second.
Fully Adjustable Two Stage Gold Washed Trigger with equally Minimal signs of use. It never takes long or much for this to wear down through to complete loss. The rest of the metal work is in equally good condition, Fully Shrouded Barrel with and internally threaded end cap. As such the correct thread adaptor or additional sound moderator will screw straight in.
