The Zeiss DTC 3-25 (and other models) Night and Day Thermal Hand Held AND / OR Rifle Scope Add On Unit.
I HAVE been out with one and quite frankly SUPERB. I am picking up moths at 30 – 40 yards / meters. As per the title the BEAUTY of these units is their versatility. Along with the discounted unit you can purchase an Attachment Adapter and Scope Objective Clamp / Receiver.
The adapter screws onto the Zeiss Thermal Unit and holds in position with a Locking Ring. This allows positioning of the control buttons of the Thermal unit to suit your personal preferences.
You then mount the Quickly Attachable and just as easily Removable Mounting clip to your Rifle Scope. Once set up you can simply walk about with your rifle SAFELY on your shoulder as usual. NOT waving it around whilst trying to use the thermal.
As and when you want to take a shot the Handheld unit simply slides onto the already fitted and positioned scope’s objective bell housing. A light twist of the interlock ring and your basically all set to take your shot.
They REALLY ARE a SUPERBLY Simple and Extremely EFFECTIVE design and set up. Obviously, with the Zeiss name, reputation and back up also something to bring peace of mind with too. Certainly, with the simply MASSIVE array of options now available out there from just about anywhere and everywhere. WHO DO YOU PICK?
