New condition and also HIGH GRADE Walnut with a Strong Straight Grain but also showing excellent colour contrast. Rosewood Forend tip and pistol grip cap along with the Sauer Logo and original Sauer Recoil pad. The Fox or Skip cut Chequering ALWAYS lifts a nice piece of Walnut to a higher aesthetic too. If you already have one of these FINE rifles then LUCKY YOU. You will already appreciate just what quality they were and still are.
Anyone considering a refurbishment or rebuild of an ‘old favourite’ this might just answer a prayer. This is NOT going cheap but considering what the cost will be to have one hand made with a similar quality timber and specification this IS A BARGAIN.
You are NOT going to find another original in Unused Brand New condition. Certainly nothing even half as pretty for grain pattern or overall colour and appeal.
