No not as high class or high end but the prices reflect this. In reality it offers SUPERB value for money. Especially to the average working man who just cannot afford 2 – 3 years entire wages and more on a gun.
As the model number suggests the gun comes with 25” (635mm) barrels. Choked at a designated / barrel stamped 3 and 4 stars which equate to ½ and ¾. The choke gauge suggests ¼ and ½. In reality the difference is minimal. Chambers are 2 3/4” (70mm). A Churchill rib finishes the top of the barrels off with a very clear sight line / picture.
Hand detachable brightly finished and profusely scroll work engraved side locks continues right around the action. The stock is right hand cast, straight hand grip, 14 ¾” (375mm) and a strong straight grain. The ‘tear drops’just another sign of a high end, quality gun. With cocking indicators to the locks and striker disc plates to the action face there is nothing else possible to add by way of features.
A GREAT gun at a real budget price for what there is.
