MAUSER 98 ACTION STUTZEN WALNUT RIFLE STOCK.
Generally excellent condition with only very minor /light marks. Chequering is still very clear and clean. I appreciate NOT everyone’s ‘cup of tea’ but to those who have tried a Stutzen rifle they do have something that little bit of unexplainable appeal. To me they all seem to shoulder extremely well and come into their own in woodlands but equally at home on open hill. This has some reasonable highlights in the timber and could / should / would turn out a lot nicer with a good quality oil finish. Action screw are at approx. 200mm distance / centres which should tell you if this will fit your gun.
Obviously the forend can be easily reduced in length. Offering a more standard 3/4 length format if need be.
