12g Semi-Automatic Model A302 Multi Choke (2+1) Beretta Shotgun in Generally EXCELLENT condition. Especially given the follow on 303 models are as old as the hills these days. Chequering all still clean and well defined and minimal signs of much use at all as yet. Still relatively clean inside and even has some of the original Gold Wash trigger finish. An easy tell as to how much use so far.
NO NOT steel SH-T proof but DO READ ON / check out the link:
THERE ARE more and more None Toxic Shot alternatives being produced. WITH near matching performances to traditional lead and close to, if not matching pressures. Take a look at Horton Gunmakers for their own entry into this debacle of modern day shooting. IF its so lethally deadly to shooters and game eaters how is it every old lead water main supply pipe is not getting ripped out and replaced? To my mind it’s a DISGRACE that the shooting industry did not simply ask that one simple question. NO, they saw an excuse to charge a fortune and that mainly to the detriment of the quarry. Just my opinion …..for what its worth?
Anyway, take a look for yourself:

NOW, to TRY and help speed up availability I WILL also suggest that YOU pass on details to everyone you know who shoots. Then ALL of us start to ask whoever we buy from why they are not DEMANDING cartridges made in this material? Basically VOTE with your WALLET.
YES, it will take a little time for everything to filter through but patience IS a virtue. It also allows everyone who wants to keep hold of their ‘old favourite’ for the rest of their lives. Even pass it on to the next generation and hopefully beyond!
On that note I AM looking into the possibility of stocking some direct from Steve at Hortons. RING for an update and keep checking the web site.
28” (710mm) Barrel with 2 ¾” (70mm) Chamber and ¼” (6mm) Ventilated Sight Rib with Single Front Bead. This is NOT a variable single choke. It IS a Multi Choke: The screw on end cap holds individual drop in choke pieces in place and currently holds a tight ¼ option. In many ways very probably a MUCH better option. Especially given a big percentage of people do not understand screw in chokes DO require maintenance and light (correct) lubrication.
This the pre-runner to the EVER popular and much copied Model 303. These are Every Bit As Good and basically the same gun other than at the muzzle.
Black finished action, embossed with pressed scroll work ‘engraving’ with Makers Name and Model etc. to the left face. P. Beretta. Made in Italy to the right.
14” (355mm) Pistol Grip Walnut Stock, some Good Colour Contrast and Chequering still Clean and Sharp. Overall the gun measures in at 47 ¾” (1215mm) and tips scales out at 7 Lbs 6 oz (3.345 Kg).
Gold Washed Trigger still with reasonable finish left so CANNOT have seen that many cartridges through. Its one of the first signs of wear and cannot be hidden. Cross Action Safety Button set to the rear of the Trigger Guard.
