Model 520 Semi-Automatic .22 Rim Fire Rifle from Anschutz, Germany. ALWAYS great rifles with a superb and well deserved reputation for Quality and Accuracy. I generally have several examples in stock as I find them one of the most reliable semi-auto rim fire rifles available. As with ANY semi THAT DOES rely on reasonable maintenance. Keep things clean enough and they generally operate as they should. Its 10 minutes once every so often depending on how much you use it and what ammunition goes through.
Overall the rifle finishes at 40 ½” (1030mm). Not bad given the original full length 21 ½” (545mm) unthreaded barrel is still in place. That still has the adjustable open / iron sights as supplied brand new. Even the original deflector guard is still in place to direct spent cases away. Woodwork is the usual Beech but this does have some Nice ‘¼ cut’ Cross Grain Stripe Figuring. The rifle comes supplied with a pair of after-market 10 round detachable magazines and more are available at £29.99 each when you buy the gun. 6 Lbs (2.736 Kg) dead.
