Please pre-order EVERYTHING you will need. I can then have things ready for collection OUTSIDE the shop premises.
As such, you will need to THINK ABOUT and MAKE SURE you know everything you want.
I am more than happy to discuss this. Please call as it is a LOT faster than through email. NOT ‘face to face’ when you get here.
PLEASE try to be prompt for your allocated an appointment.
I will be as flexible as possible but do consider other customers. You would not like to have to wait past a set time slot so please give others that courtesy. A quick phone call if you are running late / cannot make it should not be too much to ask.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE PLEASE REMAIN IN YOUR CAR / OFF THE PREMISES AND CALL ME.
(Mobile or land line).
I will come outside and collect your shotgun / firearms certificate or ID details for air rifles and any cash for payment.
You can then return to your vehicle / wait while I return indoors to do any and all paperwork etc. and get your item/s.
CARD PAYMENTS:
Prior to or at the time of collection and processed as a remote / telephone sale.
BANK TRANSFER:
Obviously sufficiently prior to your appointment that funds have cleared and show in my account.
I will then collect all of the items purchased and come outside to hand them over.
