Pre-used, but minimally, LONG Action Bergara Deluxe Walnut Rifle Stock.
Action Screw Centres measure to approx. 7 ¼” (185mm). As such good to go for the likes of .220 Swift / .25-06 / .30-06 etc. A few light blemishes. I suspect more from slightly careless storage than actual use! As usual the Original finish is always High Gloss on these rifle models. So VERY Prone to showing even the slightest mark. The only REAL answer to why is cost. WAY cheaper to varnish than a traditional oil finish. It is a bit of a shame really. You do often get some Excellent Pattern that would finish so much better oiled. Just like this example.
A re-finish to this at some stage should / will bring nothing but smiles. In the right light this shows some Seriously Nice Cross Grain Striping.
