A TRUE ONE OFF HYDRO DIP WRAPPED ‘1950’S COVER GIRL  Howa 1500 Long Action Sporter Rifle Stock from Hogue.

7 5/16” (165mm) Action Screw Centres and Sporting Barrel channel cut out.

This is BASICALLY the actual Stock for just about FREE. From memory the Hydro Dip cost the asking price back when this was originally done. I had several different shotguns and rifle stocks done in a variety of patterns. Someone was attempting to set up a new business offering Hydro Dip coating. Not that it matters but he failed. The workmanship is fine. He was just not cut out for running himself!

Yes, this IS, CERTAINLY, a ‘novelty’ stock. It will make people take a second look. Probably end up a talking point to bring an odd smile / a bit of craic.  Equally you may well have an old tatty and battered existing stock. Simply want to make the gun look almost back to new and enjoy it for no one else but yourself.

The stock WAS previously fitted to a Howa .375 Ruger I had for sale. That is now awaiting a customers RFD variation and collection. He also decided to swap out this stock for a no longer available ‘Sand’ option. As such this is now available for you as long as your rifle is a Long Action version.
