Trying a couple of.17 HMR Model 452 rifles and, though they WILL go in, this stock is ever so slightly different. Looking vertically down at the top back of the action with the bolt out. On the rifles I have here the very back is rounded in profile. The inlet on this stock is more angular with rounded corners. SEE IMAGES.
ALSO on these 452 examples the rear action stock bolt / screw locates into a nut sliding into a dovetail. There is no hole or recess to accomodate that nut on this stock. LOOK AT YOUR AND CHECK AGAINST THE IMAGE. An easy fix in reality and one I can sort out before dispatch if required. However if I do this the stock IS yours. Also to note is that the round contour on the back of the action does then leave small gaps.
A Reasonably Patterned and Quite Decorative Walnut stock with a Heavy / Varmint / Target weight barrel profile cut out.
Basically As Brand New Condition other than there is a repaired crack to the left side front of the forend.
