NEAR NEW 12G Classic Doubles (Winchester) Over and Under M92 Boxlock Ejector Shotgun. These guns were all made in Italy under licence for Winchester. Browning did a similar thing with their range of Medallist shotguns. Both retailed at a lower price in comparison to the actual Winchester and Browning brands. However they were made to the same high specifications and standards.
A Sporting version, weighing in at 8lbs 1oz (3.66Kg). This has the bulk to help with recoil when shooting a lot of cartridges in a short time span. Ideal on a clay ground for just about any discipline. Equally at home shooting live quarry unless you intend to cover miles of ground with it.
28” Multi choke barrels are currently fitted with Cylinder and half and take 2 3/4” (70mm) cartridges. These are the only chokes with this gun but more can be supplied at cost if needed. At present the pull length is at 15” (380mm) but this adjustable. The trigger is on a slide and easily adjustable to give a perfect pull. It is a single selective so easily switches over to shoot your choice of barrel / choke first. Rib is 3/8″ (10mm).
The stock itself is WELL PATTERNED with plenty of good grain variation and is finished with a ½” (12mm) recoil pad. These were always well thought of hard wearing guns offering great value for money. As with this example there are not a lot of additional options even possible other than assisted opening. Date stamps put production for 2007.
