Should any goods require return please CALL and advise of such to see what is the best way to resolve any issues etc. HOPEFULLY they will be able to be corrected swiftly and easily, sometimes with little more than advice over the phone etc.                                                                                                            

If things do require a return you MUST include a FULL and accurate description of any problem along with your FULL contact details and proof of purchase with any item sent back.

ANY and ALL items MUST be sent by RECORDED / TRACKED delivery.  (If goods go missing in transit there is little we can do and as such any responsibility lies with you, the customer. Obviously in such circumstances any refund / liability etc. is void).

Any items covered under manufacturers / suppliers warranties will be returned for attention under the said warranty but please be aware administration, packaging and delivery MAY be chargeable.

Pre used goods purchased from ourselves that need to be returned will be discussed on an individual basis and the best course of action agreed upon to suit both parties. These goods carry no warranty as such and it falls to EMmA Custom Rifle’s discretion as to any outcome. We WILL endeavour to be as helpful as possible and a sensible attitude from both sides ALWAYS works best for all concerned.

PRE USED GUNS purchased ‘remotely’ (so not inspected on site at point of purchase) and sent to a local Registered Fire Arms Dealer :                                                                                                                   

Your welcome to try a gun …. Just DON’T go mad ! Half a round of clays with a shotgun  /  two or three, 3 or 5 round groups, through a rifle should be more than sufficient to allow you to see if the gun ‘works’ for you. If it’s no good for fit etc. OR not as described then let me know within the week / 10 days and it can come back.

As long as it arrives back here in the same or better condition it left then I’m happy to do a refund.    ALL Delivery charges and admin. at your expense.

NEW GOODS found to be defective or faulty will be replaced under warranty or a full refund offered subject to confirmation from the supplier.
